Discontinuing support for memoQ 2014

​Dear memoQ 2014 User,



We’d like to thank you for your ongoing use of memoQ! We truly appreciate your commitment to us. As you know, we pride ourselves on delivering stellar technical support to all our customers and believe that through your support requests, we succeed in improving memoQ. This being said, in order to ensure our ability to deliver the quality technical support that we’re known for; we will now only be supporting the last 2 versions of memoQ (memoQ 2014 R2 and memoQ 2015).
Kilgray will provide one final update for memoQ 2014. Any major issues reported through August 15, 2015 will be fixed in the final build, which will be available for download at www.memoq.com/downloads.

You may ask why it’s necessary for us to stop supporting a version at all. Well, discontinuing support for memoQ 2014 will free up testing resources, which helps improve product quality even further, and means that we can issue hotfixes for more current versions more quickly. This also means that we can focus on your current requests and feature proposals. What’s more is we can put more effort into developing upcoming versions of memoQ.

Please note that we will continue providing support for memoQ 2014 R2 and memoQ 2015.

If you wish to upgrade to a higher version of memoQ, please

• Log in to Language Terminal and check out whether you can upgrade free of charge
• Have a look at the list of the most recent features. Features for individual translators and translation companies / other companies are available by clicking the appropriate links.
• If you are not entitled to upgrade free of charge, you can buy your SMA (Support and Maintenance Agreement) through Language Terminal.
