We’d like to inform you that Kilgray will not release any new builds for memoQ 6.2 after 6 December 2013.
Based on the feedbacks and feature requests we have received from you, we are now focusing on versions 2013, 2013 R2 and on the upcoming memoQ releases. Therefore, we will not be able to release new builds for memoQ 6.2 anymore.
If you have your own 6.2 copy of memoQ, you can continue working with this version as long as you wish. However, we have added a bunch of new features and productivity boosters to versions 2013 and 2013 R2, so if you wish to a give a try to these, you may consider upgrading.
Upgrading to memoQ 2013
You can upgrade to memoQ 2013 free of charge if you purchased memoQ after 31 May 2012, or had a valid upgrade and maintenance contract on 31 May 2013.
Upgrading to memoQ 2013 R2
memoQ 2013 R2 is available free of charge to those who purchased memoQ after 28 October 2012, or had a valid upgrade and maintenance contract on 28 October 2013.
If you are not sure whether you can upgrade to any of these versions free of charge, please contact our sales team at sales@kilgray.com, and forward your serial number. We will get in touch with you with an upgrade offer as soon as possible.
How to buy an upgrade package?
If you do not have a valid upgrade and maintenance contract, you may buy an upgrade and maintenance package for another 12 months in the Kilgray webshop.
- Log in the Kilgray webshop
- Select the “Upgrade and maintenance package” for EUR 124 (154 USD) and add it to your cart.
- Checkout your cart, select the payment method and complete your purchase
- Once you have received your invoice, you can download, install and activate a newer version of memoQ on your computer
