As part of our Sales Hubs introduction series, we spoke with Anna Pawlik, Senior Customer Success Manager at memoQ’s DACH Hub. Anna gave us a behind-the-scenes look at her role, what she finds most rewarding about her work at memoQ, some interesting facts about her life beyond the office, and more.

Hi Anna, please introduce yourself in a few words!

Hi! I’m Anna, a problem-solver by nature, a tai chi fan, and a biking enthusiast living in Cracow. At memoQ, I work as a Customer Success Manager, supporting our DACH and Benelux customers in navigating the world of localization.

When and why did you join memoQ?

I joined memoQ in October 2019. With a background as a translator and project manager in an LSP, I was ready to stay in the localization industry while exploring a new perspective. memoQ gave me the opportunity to combine my practical experience with a more strategic role in a software-driven environment.

What does your current position entail?

As CSM, I work closely with our customers to help them get the most out of memoQ - but I never do it alone. I work with great Solution Engineers and other colleagues across the support, development, and product teams to solve complex workflows, explore new use cases, and ensure our users have a smooth, efficient experience. It's all about teamwork and shared success.

What do you enjoy most about your position?

Definitely the challenges! I thrive on digging into complex situations, exploring the details, and finding solutions that really work. There's nothing quite like seeing a difficult situation turn around and seeing your customer happy.

What do you like most about the translation industry?

It's this dynamic mix of language, culture, and technology that keeps me interested. The industry never stands still, and there's always something new to discover.

How would you describe the memoQ team?

Supportive, passionate, and full of smart, curious people. I have the feeling we're all genuinely committed to helping our users - and each other.

What are your hobbies?

To recharge, I like to get lost in a good crime novel, take long walks with my friends, or just get on my bike. I also enjoy baking a lot - it's my way of slowing down, and there's something really satisfying about creating something from scratch. And I love getting hooked on a good series - especially the ones that keep me guessing until the last scene.
