Full memoQ server 4.5.68 installer (contains SQL Server Express)

Important: The server installer was recently upgraded to support SQL Server 2008. Because of the significant changes, be sure to back up your database before running the installer for extra safety. Before upgrading your server from version 4.2, please e-mail us to make sure your 4.5 license is ready.

If you are upgrading from version 4.5.29, please read this posting for information about the new features.

Notable fixes and enhancements since build 4.5.67:

  • Fixes to the MS Word spell checker
  • Two-column RTF export of documents with Spanish or Urdu target language failed; now fixed
  • Improvements to the DOCX filter (index entry recognition, and processing files not generated by Word)
  • Importing files with an apostrophe in their name could produce an error (local as well as online projects)
  • Statistics now always rounds down, so even a single unconfirmed segment makes progress to fall to 99%
  • A glitch with automatic insertion of the best TM hit, in conjunction with a machine translation plugin, is now corrected
  • Improvements to importing 1000+ files with "Add folder structure", and to creating views from a large number of documents
  • The Resolve Errors and Warnings page could crash if an open document was filtered on the fly on another tab
  • The Star Transit filter did not import certain content between "SubSeg" tags
  • Source segments are now excluded from spell checking in the two-column RTF export
  • Other small fixes

memoQ server related fixes:

  • Document deadline now set to the current time when publishing a local project on a server
  • Cloning an online project now copies e-mail settings properly
  • Languages of remote LiveDocs corpora now show up properly in lists; remote corpora now always show up where needed
  • Adding documents to an online LiveDocs corpus within the online project manager
  • Joining/splittting segments got disabled in online projects with desktop documents if the "include skeleton" option was turned off; fixed
  • Custom properties of entries from remote TMs sometimes did not show up in the client; fixed
