You could redeem unused credits until January 18, 2021 through our webshop. If you didn't redeem them until this date, you can still use them for two calendar years following the termination of the referral program (January 18, 2023). When you would like to apply your credits for purchasing SMA, you can reach out to contact us at sales@memoq.com, so we can offer you the discount from your credits.
