Kilgray are excited by this initiative of the ATA to host a Tool Bar and are bringing, Márton Hórvath, our head of support, to Chicago for this event. Márton will be able to deal with any issue you may have with memoQ.
One of the great things about the ATA is they listen.
Each year there is a lunch where they bring together tool vendors and the leadership of the language technology division. There is always a friendly and interesting discussion here. The ATA people have an agenda where they want to push the interests of translators and the tool vendors want to listen to this.
Last year a colleague from SDL mentioned that many people come to the booths looking for them to deal with support issues. He suggested that it would be good to have a “support clinic” for tools at the ATA. The ATA have taken this idea and created the The Tool Bar. Technical support will be available here from Kilgray, SDL, Wordfast, STAR and Easyling. ATA attendees will be able to get 15 minute one on one sessions dealing with their technical issue. It does not matter what the issue is, this is an opportunity to meet people who can quickly answer your questions.
At Kilgray we are excited by this initiative and are bringing, Márton Hórvath, our head of support, to Chicago for this event. Márton will be able to deal with any issue you may have with memoQ.
This year Kilgray is 10 years old and we will be celebrating this on the Thursday of the conference. If you are attending the conference we look forward to meeting you at our booth (Booth 76 – 79), the Tool Bar, or elsewhere.
